Event Description
Come along and join Growth Lancashire as we connect and collaborate with businesses in the room.
Where we focuses on collaborative problem-solving, shared real-world experience, and mutual support rather than traditional lead-generation or top-down training and it acts as a confidential sounding board where you can tackle live operational challenges, stress-test strategies, and reduce decision-making isolation.
1:30pm – Arrival and informal networking
2:00pm – Welcome from D&M / Growth Lancashire
2:10pm – Around the room - Name, business, who they help, and one current challenge or opportunity.
2:40pm – Peer learning round one - We pick out a few common themes from the room and facilitate discussion.
3:10pm – Break
3:20pm – Peer learning round two - More focused discussion around actions, useful introductions and what would help people move forward.
4:00pm – Commitments and connections - Each person shares one action they’ll take and one person they’d like to connect with.
4:15pm – Open networking
4:30pm – Close
